Ingredients

1 oz of romeo’s gin X
1 big scoop of rhubarb and strawberry sorbet (or any berries sorbet)
Garnishes: mint bouquet and dried hibiscus flowers

Preparation

Put a scoop of sorbet in a martini glass.
Garnish with the mint bouquet and the hibiscus flowers.
Pour the gin on top.
