Ingredients

1 1/2 oz of romeo’s gin X
3 1/2 oz of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
Garnish: Grapefruit peel or watermelon slice

Preparation

Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice.
Add the romeo’s gin X and the tonic water.
Express the grapefruit peel over the glass to release the oils.
Add the grapefruit peel or the watermelon slice to the glass.
