Ingredients

2 oz of romeo’s gin
4 oz of Tonic Fever Tree Elderflower*
1 branch of lavender**
1 branch of Dill

** Fresh or dried, optional

Preparation

Fill the glass with ice.
Add the gin and the tonic.
Mix gently with a long spoon.
Garnish with dill and lavender.
