Ingredients

4cl of romeo’s gin V
2cl of lime juice
1/2 Granny Smith apple
2cl of vanille syrup
1 dash of Wasabi
1 egg white
Garnish: Lemongrass stalks + Flower

Preparation

In a shaker, add the Granny Smith apple and squeeze.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Shake well without ice.
Add ice and shake well again.
Strain in a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with lemongrass and flower petals.
