Roasted Pineapple Rosemary Smash

Ingredients

2 oz of romeo’s gin
1 1/2oz of roasted pineapple juice
1/2 oz of fresh lime juice
1/4 oz of rosemary syrup
Sparkling water
Garnish: Rosemary sprig and a roasted pineapple slice

Preparation

Add all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and double strain over ice in an Old Fashioned glass.
Top with sparkling water and garnish with a fresh rosemary branch and roasted pineapple slice.
