Ingredients

2 oz of romeo’s gin V
1 oz of fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz of simple syrup
Sparkling water
Garnish: Green grapes

Preparation

Add all ingredients except sparkling water to a highball glass.
Fill the glass completely with ice and top with sparkling water.
Gently stir the cocktail with the bar spoon.
Garnish with a bunch of green grapes.
