Ingredients
1 1/4 oz of
romeo's gin
1/2 oz of honey and cardamom syrup
1/2 oz of citrus juice
1 oz of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1 oz of hibiscus floral tea
Garnish: Dehydrated grapefruit slice
Preparation
Add all ingredients except hibiscus floral tea in a shaker (or a Mason jar) filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
In a glass filled with ice, pour the content of the shaker, straining the ice already used.
With a spoon, gently pour the hibiscus floral tea over the top of the cocktail to create colorful layers.
Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit slice.
