Gin Sour

Aperitif

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of romeo’s gin
  • 1/2 oz of Aperol
  • 3/4 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 oz of simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 orange twist
  • Garnis : Angostura bitters drops

Preparation

  • Add all the ingredients in a shaker, including the orange zest, except for the Angostura bitters.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. 
  • Strain the contents of the shaker into a container and discard the ice. 
  • Shake the cocktail again very firmly without ice to froth the drink at its maximum. 
  • Double strain into a small tumbler glass and garnish with individual drops of Angostura bitters.

  • Small Tumbler glass
  • Shaker 
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Cocktail sieve
  • Ice
