• 2 oz of romeo’s gin V
• 1 oz of fresh lime juice
• 3/4 oz of simple syrup
• Garnish: Dehydrated lime wheel

• Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
• Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. 
• Double strain through a sieve and a cocktail strainer into a martini glass. 
• Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
